Our Swim program is on Mondays and Wednesday 6pm. at the Rath Eastlink Community Center. 

At Provincial Games, each swimmer shall enter a minimum of two events and a maximum of four events, excluding relay events. Special Olympics Nova Scotia encourages athletes to train for the longer distance events where their ability allows, in order to provide high participation in all events, and for the athletes to maximize their athletic potential. The decision on which events to enter should be made by the head coach in consultation with the athlete and other coaches. At aquatic competitions other than NS Special Olympic Provincial Games, the number and type of events an athlete may enter rests with the organizers. With the cooperation of Swim Canada and their Provincial chapters, such as Swim Nova Scotia, Special Olympic athletes competed for the first time ever in the 2001 Canada Summer Games. This marks a significant accomplishment for our athletes and for Special Olympics, as our athletes were able to showcase their talents in the Country's premiere amateur sporting event.
